Promotion of Spanish

I

nterest in learning Spanish has grown notably in recent years throughout the world. The language of Cervantes is among the first five world languages in terms of speakers, as an official language and in its geographical extension.

This reality justifies the effort the University of  Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) makes to teach Spanish. The UCLM is a centre that has been validated by the Cervantes Institute for teaching this language and, also, has alternatives specifically aimed at foreigners such as Study Abroad in Lengua y Cultura Española (Spanish Language and Culture), the Spanish programmes in Cuenca (ESPACU) and Spanish in Toledo (ESTO).

The University of  Castilla-La Mancha has a clear commitment to Spanish, both in its approach to learning and in teaching the language. All our programmes have highly qualified teachers  who integrate academic knowledge and theoretical training with practical teaching experience and analysis and design of didactic materials.

Regarding learning Spanish, the UCLM has a range of specialized programmes among which the outstanding ones are:

ESPACU (Spanish programme in Cuenca)

The University of  Castilla-La Mancha, by means of the Spanish programme in Cuenca offers courses at all levels and throughout the year. To carry out the activities in the UCLM internal programme it has the appropriate facilities which have been adapted to doing the courses in the programme. Further information
