After the completion of the TREATY project, an international collaboration initiative under the EIT HEI Initiative, one of the team members from UCLM, Professor Emilio Gómez Lázaro, attended the EIT Alumni CONNECT 2024 event, held on October 4th in Alicante.

This year’s CONNECT event was held in collaboration with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), taking place at their facilities.

The theme for this year was collaboration and competitiveness. The event featured high-level representatives from the EIT and the EUIPO, aiming to engage and inspire students from all KICs. In this way, transformative approaches were proposed and discussed at the business, educational, and governmental levels.
